Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, results-oriented SDR to identify, qualify, and generate business opportunities, serving as the first point of contact with potential customers. Collaborative work with Marketing and Sales We are looking for an SDR (Sales Development Representative) to join our sales team. This person will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating business opportunities, acting as the company’s first point of contact with potential customers. Responsibilities Actively prospect new leads (outbound and/or inbound) Make initial contact with potential customers via phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, or social media Qualify leads based on defined criteria (profile, needs, timing, and budget) Schedule meetings for the Sales/Closer team Update and organize information in the CRM Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to improve opportunity generation Track performance metrics and KPIs. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational and disciplined approach to handling high contact volumes; Proactive, resilient, and results-driven profile; Aptitude for learning and working with technology; Prior experience in sales, pre-sales, or customer service (preferred); CRM knowledge (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc.) is a plus.
