Continuous professional development and career path **Software Implementation and Training Analyst** Experience in Software Support or Implementation within the Retail sector. **Requirements for this position at Linear:** Understanding of retail establishment operations flow; Knowledge of front-end store systems — POS, ECF, SITEF; Understanding of MySQL database operations; Strong verbal cognition related to our business; Driver's License Category B; Willingness to travel; Currently enrolled in or holding a completed undergraduate degree, technological course, or technical course in Information Technology and/or Management Processes/Administration/Accounting. **Key Responsibilities:** Perform installation of Linear’s software; Conduct training for products contracted by the client, according to the project schedule; Receive client requests, analyze them, and take appropriate actions toward resolution; Ensure daily that all necessary support information has been provided; Analyze and understand issues to replicate and resolve them; Simulate issues reported by clients, verifying product/project version and module; Resolve issues or clarify doubts, ensuring customer satisfaction; Report and assist in removing impediments blocking activities, aiming to meet established deadlines; Generate insights by collecting new client-driven product/project requirements. **Now take a look at our benefits:** Transportation allowance or fuel allowance.
