**Planning and Maintenance Control Analyst** **Location:** Liberdade/Ribeirão das Neves. **Responsibilities:** * Control and maintain organized records, documents, and reports for the maintenance area, ensuring information is up-to-date and easily accessible; * Monitor and track preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities, ensuring deadlines are met; * Keep equipment histories updated, including inspections, repairs, and consumption of parts and materials; * Manage the fleet of vehicles and equipment, including monitoring via tracking systems; * Record and monitor inventory movements of parts and equipment, performing periodic stocktakes; * Act as the interface between the maintenance team and other company departments, ensuring efficient information flow; * Contribute to the development and qualification of service and parts suppliers; * Complete and update visual management boards and operational controls; * Draft and update internal departmental documents, such as SOPs, checklists, and reports. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in mechanical, civil, or related fields is desirable. * Knowledge of maintenance planning and control tools; * Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS); * Intermediate Excel skills. **Benefits:** * Flash meal/food card worth R$ 18.00 per workday.
