Job Summary: A professional to plan, coordinate, and supervise HR and Personnel Department processes, acting as a strategic partner in talent management and organizational climate. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring legal compliance and employee development Main Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and supervise recruitment, selection, onboarding, training, and employee development processes. Manage payroll, social charges, benefits, time tracking, and legal obligations of the Personnel Department. Ensure compliance with labor legislation, regulatory norms (NRs), and internal policies. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, promoting initiatives related to organizational climate, employee engagement, and talent retention. Develop and monitor HR and Personnel Department performance indicators. Lead performance evaluation processes, career development plans, and succession planning. Support conflict management and foster a healthy, collaborative work environment. Represent the company in labor negotiations and hearings, when required. Ensure confidentiality and integrity of employee information. Technical Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in People Management, Labor Law, or related areas (preferred).
