Contribution to the company's success Dear candidate, At Brasif Máquinas, we are looking for a PL Support Technician to join our team. The position requires expertise in user support, providing technical assistance to users, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on desktops and notebooks, and handling user-submitted service requests. Document all interactions with users and reported technical incidents via the ticketing tool; Problem Resolution: Ability to resolve technical problems quickly and effectively. Clear and effective communication: Ensure clear and effective communication with users, explaining technical procedures in simple terms; Serve as a technical reference point for decision-making and promote best practices; Participate in support team meetings; Maintain excellence in support services delivered by the BH branch support team and other branches. Prerequisites: Knowledge of structured cabling networks, assembly and maintenance of IT equipment. Office 365, Windows 10 and 11, remote access tools, ticketing systems, and terminology.
