Identification and correction of process defects \*JOB: BUBBLE FILM EXTRUDER\* \*Schedule:\* To be determined \*Main Responsibilities:\* \* Operate bubble film extruder (LDPE/HDPE film) \* Perform setup and adjustment of temperature, pressure, die, and air ring \* Control film thickness (microns), width, and quality \* Replace screens/filters \* Monitor raw material and additive blending \* Complete production reports and record losses \* Identify and correct process defects \* Maintain workplace organization and safety \*Mandatory Requirements:\* \* Proven experience as a Bubble Film Extruder Operator \* Knowledge of plastic film extrusion adjustment \* Basic understanding of quality control and micron measurement \* Commitment to meeting targets and reducing scrap \*Strategic Competencies:\* \* Attention to detail \* Agility in decision-making \* Operational responsibility \* Teamwork Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$4.000,00 per month Benefits: * Commercial agreements and discounts * Transportation allowance Experience: * Bubble film extruder for silo bags and garbage bags (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
