We currently have an open opportunity for a Junior Designer under affirmative action for women to work in the Engineering department, supporting automotive project development, preparing technical drawings, and conducting necessary analyses to enable solutions compliant with applicable standards and requirements. DAILY ACTIVITIES Modification, detailing, and development of 3D models for diesel engine components (PTC Creo); Detailing of 2D mechanical component drawings; Application of technical standards during component and assembly development; Application and analysis of GD\&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing); Daily interaction with the client. Management of technical documentation; Development of proposals for improvement, modification, or conception of new products; Development of prototypes for mechanical components or assemblies; Exchange of ideas with suppliers. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Knowledge of 2D mechanical detailing and 3D modeling; Proficiency in 2D/3D software (NX preferred); Currently pursuing (from the 8th semester onward) or completed degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Aeronautical Engineering, or Control and Automation Engineering; Availability to work in a hybrid mode, with in-person days in Betim. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Advanced English proficiency; Experience as a designer in internships or in Formula/Baja projects.
