Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with an analytical mindset to perform strategic data management and analysis, automation development, and continuous improvement projects. Creation and updating of managerial reports **Senior Data Analyst** We seek a professional with an analytical profile, experience in planning, and the ability to strategically manage and analyze data to support corporate decision-making, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. **Your main responsibilities:** * MySQL database management and maintenance (table creation, stored procedures, views, user account creation, access permissions, etc.); * Management of automation computers: 2 physical and 5 virtual machines (VirtualBox); * Development and maintenance of Python-based automations (bots) for database extraction and information gathering; * Maintenance of certain Excel VBA programs (e.g., Mini Inventory and the financial program for debt tracking); * Creation, maintenance, and updating of managerial reports for decision-making, marketing campaigns, and performance analysis (Power BI and Excel). * Development of automation improvement projects for various departments **What we expect from you:** * Database experience (preferably MySQL) **What we offer:** * Fixed Salary: TO BE AGREED * Meal Allowance * Health and Dental Insurance; * Transportation Allowance; * Gympass; * iFood Club + Colab; * Free consultations with psychologists, nutritionists, and general practitioners; * OBS: This position requires on-site work at our office in Savassi – Belo Horizonte. **Apply now and join a team that transforms challenges into achievements every day.** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
