External Sales Representative MONTE AZUL

Responsible for planning sales, prospecting and visiting clients, managing portfolio, assisting and providing goods for testing or trial use, registering clients, recording orders, following up on after-sales service, fostering customer loyalty, contacting internal company departments, preparing results-oriented reports, suggesting action plans, helping with organization, participating in events, and traveling to serve all cities within the assigned area. Comply with company and Honda standards. * Plan prospecting activities and client visits according to the action plan. * + Attend/visit clients, present products and services, follow route planning, be solution-oriented, process and manage orders, administer portfolio and foster client loyalty, assist in payment compliance control, encourage bid submission and award acquisition. + Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for motorcycles and consortium quotas as previously established. + Present products and services to customers, assisting them in product trials + and in conducting test rides during negotiations. + Maintain consistent activity on social media by publishing content and product information. + Follow the 8 steps of the sales process, always aiming to foster customer loyalty. + Continuously develop technical knowledge of offered products by completing proposed trainings – JMS, Honda, and Partners. + Prepare various reports, such as Visit Reports, Market and Competitor Change Reports, Anomaly Reports, among others. + Monitor and promote compliance with internal regulations and those of Honda. + Act ethically in accordance with the a8 Group's Commercial Policy, circulars, internal rules, and Honda standards, following internal procedures. + Stay updated on upcoming local events, plan actions, and actively participate in all events.
