Their role includes proposing alternatives that maximize results, leveraging continuous improvement methodologies combined with data analysis and data science techniques. Key activities include data modeling, processing, and interpretation—always with a business-oriented perspective. Additionally, they will design and evolve dashboards and managerial reports for senior leadership, as well as conduct economic and financial analyses to support decision-making. The professional will also define performance metrics and contribute to information governance, prioritizing operational efficiency. Their participation will be essential in continuous improvement projects, applying approaches such as the PDCA cycle and agile methodologies—from initial diagnosis through to implementation of proposed solutions. Other responsibilities include restructuring workflows, proposing creative alternatives, and supporting the advancement of organizational tools.
