Collaboration on best practices for cloud governance and security An IT services company is seeking a Junior Cloud Analyst in Belo Horizonte (Estoril). **Responsibilities:** Support the administration and maintenance of AWS and Azure environments. Perform provisioning, configuration, and basic maintenance of computing, networking, storage, and identity resources. Monitor cloud environments, tracking alerts, availability, consumption, and performance. Conduct initial troubleshooting of incidents related to connectivity, access, performance, and unavailability. Assist with identity management, permissions, and basic access controls. Support resource organization, technical documentation, inventory, and operational standardization. Collaborate on best practices for cloud governance, security, and cost control. Support hybrid environment maintenance and familiarity with virtualization technologies is considered a plus. Participate in continuous operational improvement through documentation, simple automations, and technical environment monitoring. Previous experience as a Junior Infrastructure Analyst, Cloud Computing Assistant, Junior Cloud Technician, or Cloud Systems Analyst may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
