Opportunity to improve customer service and workforce qualification **Requirements:** * Prior experience at an airport as a cargo agent; * Education: Completed High School; * Preferred: Experience in customer service; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Must reside near the airport; * Full schedule availability, rotating shift 6x1; * Availability for travel. **Responsibilities:** * Serve our customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience and qualified workforce; * Identify our customers' shipping needs, guiding and advising on airline services offered at the time of issuance; * Verify, segregate, load, and unload cargo pallets for inbound and outbound shipments; * Organize products in inventory, placing each item in its designated location; * Monitor, supervise, and prevent damage; * Perform other duties relevant to the position.
