Assemble, analyze, and submit warranty claims to the manufacturer, ensuring compliance with factory requirements and proper documentation. Act to maximize cash inflows and operational efficiency within the Enzo Group business unit. * + Manage the shipment process of warranty parts according to predefined procedures, avoiding damage caused by improper removal or incorrect tools; + Assemble and submit warranty claims according to manufacturer standards; + Review and validate documents and technical reports; + Monitor return deadlines and track the status of each claim; + Correct and resubmit claims when necessary, preventing claim denials; + Provide technical and administrative support to post\-sales departments; + Maintain updated internal warranty records and reports.
