RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Supervise attendants and cashiers in the diesel, Otto cycle, cleaning, and self-service sectors; * Occasionally refuel vehicles; * Verify product stock levels; * Provide customer service; * Promote and sell products; * Acquire new customers; * Negotiate fuel prices and volumes with customers; * Verify and reinforce cash register funds; * Support point-of-sale (POS) operations and sales cancellations; * Monitor fuel inventory; * Issue fuel invoices; * Send e\-mails and print documents for customers; * Supervise shelf restocking with products; * Check active freight bills or registered checks; * Provide support to Operations (Cashier, Attendant, Cleaning, etc.) as needed; * Provide roadside assistance to customers when necessary; * Build and maintain customer relationships; * Supervise team attendance, departure, and break schedules; * Accompany INMETRO or other regulatory inspections; * Monitor maintenance of pumps and sector equipment; * Perform pump and tank measurements, tank drainage, and SUMP (pump and tank) cleaning; * Receive goods; * Supervise facility cleaning and organization; * Monitor generator operation as required; * Conduct stock counts; * Assess stock replenishment needs; * Verify ARAL stock levels; * Supervise parking spaces; * Carry out and monitor fuel unloading. * Inspect fire extinguishers in relevant areas for validity and pressure levels; REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed high school education. A completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in related fields is desirable.
