RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES * Overall responsibility for the operation of all restaurant departments: cashier, grill station, front-of-house service, kitchen, inventory, and third-party service providers; * Coordinate and train the team; * Manage procurement, inventory, quality, and cost control of supplies and merchandise; * Resolve issues and conflicts with employees and external customers; * Monitor staff work schedules; * Set sales targets; * Monitor and ensure adherence to implemented processes; * Conduct training across all dining room divisions, understanding the potential and service needs required to meet customer expectations; * Track performance indicators and attend meetings as needed. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Completed high school education. A bachelor’s degree or ongoing studies in Administration or related fields is desirable; Desirable: minimum 6 months’ experience in the food service industry; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); Desirable: experience supervising people and processes; Ability to give and receive feedback; Analytical thinking and adaptability. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WORK LOCATION: Platinão Gas Station – BR-163 Highway, Km 459, Campo Grande – MS; WORK SCHEDULE: Flexible shift schedule; SALARY AND BENEFITS: Salary: R$ 1.890,00 + R$ 756,00 (Position Trust Allowance) = R$ 2.646,00 Benefit card: R$ 482,00; Sales-based bonus; UNIMED Health Plan; Fuel allowance; Life insurance.
