




We are seeking a **Regional Human Resources Coordinator** with strong expertise in **Recruitment and Selection** and **Training and Development**, to coordinate activities at branches located in the state of Mato Grosso. The professional will be responsible for ensuring efficiency in talent attraction, onboarding, and development processes. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the activities of the Human and Organizational Development (HOD) team, focusing on recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training; * Develop and implement talent attraction strategies aligned with the company’s culture and business objectives; * Conduct internal and external selection processes for various levels, ensuring quality and agility in hiring; * Design and implement onboarding, technical training, behavioral training, and leadership development programs; * Identify training needs and develop individual and collective development plans; * Promote initiatives aimed at organizational climate, employee engagement, and strengthening corporate culture; * Maintain coordination with headquarters and other company departments to ensure alignment of R&S and T&D practices with strategic guidelines; **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Solid experience in high-volume recruitment and selection, and/or strategic positions; * Experience in designing and delivering training and development programs; * Analytical profile, with strong planning, organizational, and communication skills; * Knowledge of recruitment platforms and training methodologies; * Willingness to travel between units.
