Here, you can discover new challenges, new horizons, new goals, and even more about yourself! **Responsibilities and duties** **DATA:** Location: Ribas do Rio Pardo - MS Applications until: 10/19/2025 **WHAT WILL YOU DO?** * Responsible for performing receiving, inspection, storage, material handling, and internal customer service activities; * Perform activities related to warehousing and material handling operations according to operational procedures; * Record incoming goods in SAP using purchase invoices and transfer documents; * Record material withdrawals in the SAP system through reservations; * Issue transfer invoices for materials between Suzano branches; * Operate lifting and cargo transportation equipment; * Perform material picking, packaging, and shipping activities to Suzano branches or third parties, and transport scheduling when necessary; * Follow activity schedules defined by immediate supervisor; * Conduct stock inventories, record, and provide inventory accuracy reports; * Comply with safety procedures and environmental requirements, ensuring personal safety and that of others involved in the activities performed, while preserving company assets; * Follow procedures and operational instructions of the quality management system, contributing to continuous improvement processes; * Maintain stored materials to ensure preservation of their technical characteristics required for proper use; * Properly use lifting and transportation equipment and tools provided for warehouse operations, reporting problems and ensuring their maintenance and integrity; * Contribute to organization, cleanliness, and maintenance of environments, equipment, and materials used in storage and handling operations; * Use storage methods and controls according to responsibilities defined in operational procedures for receiving, storing, and moving materials in warehouses; * Report non-conformities and substandard safety practices identified in the sector. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHO INSPIRES US?** * Someone who believes in our values; * Initiative-driven; * Analytical mindset; * Proposes ideas and solutions. **WHAT DOES SUZANO EXPECT FROM YOU?** * High school diploma; * Valid driver's license (Category B); * **AVAILABILITY TO WORK IN SHIFTS.** **Desirable requirements:** * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * SAP system experience. **Additional information** **WE PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN YOUR LIFE!** Health care: Medical and dental plans, and life insurance; Meal voucher or cafeteria, food allowance to help with grocery shopping, and an additional year-end food allowance; We know fixed income is important, but beyond that, we offer extra earnings through our Variable Compensation Program (annual); To help you prepare for the future, we offer private pension plans; We practice remote work in corporate areas, flexible working hours, and casual dress code; To generate and share value, we provide e-learning courses and training on our digital platform, UniverSuzano; At Suzano, it's only good for us if it's good for the world!
