People management and leadership skills **Operational Coordinator (Fiber Optic)** ------------------------------------------ ### **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise the technical team responsible for fiber optic network installations, maintenance, and repairs. * Plan and assign daily tasks, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards. * Monitor performance indicators (SLA, response time, customer satisfaction). * Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues. * Implement and monitor safety procedures and field work best practices. * Conduct ongoing training and capacity building for the technical team. * Prepare managerial reports on productivity, recurring failures, and required improvements. * Interact with customers in critical situations, ensuring clear communication and rapid resolution. ### **Desired Profile** * Technical or higher education degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in coordinating field technical teams. * Solid knowledge of fiber optic networks * People management and leadership skills. * Strong communication skills and results orientation.
