




Job Summary: Professional responsible for procurement, fleet management, invoice entry, and document organization, ensuring smooth financial and operational flow. Key Highlights: 1. Main Responsibilities: * Procure office supplies and consumables. * Manage vehicle fleet. * Receive, verify, and enter invoices into the system, ensuring compliance with payment deadlines. * Control and record forecasts related to fixed expenses in the system. * Organize, distribute, control, and archive physical and electronic documentation specific to the area of responsibility, following established process routines. Requirements and Qualifications: * Driver's License Category B * Experience entering service invoices into systems. * Experience classifying expenses according to the accounting chart of accounts. * Communication Skills: Active listening and clarity when explaining and negotiating with suppliers. * Ability to resolve conflicts and sense of urgency to set priorities. * Proactivity; * Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel).
