Natter is seeking a professional to join our team as a **Sheet Metal Worker**.
If you have experience in sheet metal services and structural repairs on agricultural machinery, trucks, and high-complexity vehicles, practical knowledge of the agribusiness sector, and passion for your work, this opportunity may be for you!
We are looking for a committed professional who pays attention to detail and contributes to equipment quality and safety by performing recovery, assembly, alignment, and finishing of metal parts and automotive structures.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform sheet metal work on agricultural machinery, trucks, and heavy vehicles;
* Carry out recovery, alignment, and assembly of metal parts and structures;
* Conduct disassembly and assembly of components for maintenance and repairs;
* Perform welding, cutting, grinding, and finishing as required;
* Identify structural damage and propose appropriate solutions for equipment recovery;
* Support tool and workplace conservation and organization;
* Ensure service quality by adhering to safety and maintenance standards;
* Comply with occupational health, safety, and environmental regulations;
* Support the maintenance team whenever necessary, contributing to equipment availability.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed elementary or high school education;
* Vocational welding course;
* Proven experience in the role;
* Knowledge of welding processes:
* MIG/MAG;
* TIG;
* Shielded metal arc welding (SMAW);
* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings;
* Knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, tape measure, square);
* Basic metrology knowledge;
* Familiarity with occupational safety standards; Experience working with various materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum).
