Interpret technical drawings and comply with safety regulations **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Operate a backhoe loader on a farm, ensuring excavation, earthmoving, and material handling in accordance with technical and safety specifications. * Conduct daily equipment inspections, checking oil, water, fuel levels, and other items essential for proper machine operation. * Perform cleaning and lubrication of the backhoe loader to ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment. * Interpret technical drawings and work instructions to correctly execute tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality of services performed. * Comply with safety regulations and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and ensure the physical integrity of all personnel involved in the worksite. * Record information regarding backhoe loader performance and report any anomalies or repair needs to the immediate supervisor. * Participate in training and capacity-building programs offered by the company, staying updated on new techniques and operational procedures. * Contribute to site organization and cleanliness, supporting a safe and efficient working environment. **Requirements:** **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Experience as a backhoe loader operator; * Backhoe loader operator certification; * Knowledge of basic heavy machinery maintenance; * Ability to work in a team; * Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH) category C or higher * **Benefits:** Accommodation, Others, Health Insurance, On-site Meals, Life Insurance, Transportation
