Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Programmer to join our technology team, working on the development and maintenance of web applications, APIs, and internal system optimization within a dynamic and cooperative environment. A dynamic and cooperative environment that encourages idea exchange **Position: Junior Programmer – PJ** Location: Cuiabá – MT (on-site) Employment Type: Individual Contractor (PJ) **Working Hours** \- 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday) \- Schedule: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM **Compensation** \- BRL 2,800.00 to BRL 3,500.00 (PJ) **Technologies Used** \- React JS \- Java + Spring Boot \- Python \- PostgreSQL \- AWS **Requirements** \- Programming logic \- Knowledge of at least one programming language \- Knowledge of a framework or library \- Version control with GitHub \- Relational database (basic level) \- Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) **Responsibilities** \- Assist in API development \- Support web application maintenance and development \- Collaborate with the team on software projects \- Suggest improvements to optimize solutions **Preferred Qualifications** \- Experience with academic projects, freelance work, or internships \- Strong capacity for continuous learning \- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams \- Willingness to learn new technologies \- Practice of Clean Code \- Familiarity with UI Components \- Knowledge of SOLID principles **Selection Process** \- List your technologies and proficiency level \- List your programming languages and proficiency level \- Typing test (Ratatype) – submit a screenshot of your result **Commute Time** Submit screenshots (Google Maps) showing commute time for: * **Outbound:** From your residence to Optimus Investimentos. * **Return/Post-work destination:** From Optimus Investimentos to your destination after work (e.g., home, university, etc.). **Work Location:** \- Optimus Investimentos Eldorado Hill Office Building – R.
