Description: Required Qualifications: * Degree in Mining Engineering; * Experience leading underground operations teams; * Technical-operational knowledge of underground mining processes, such as: ore loading and hauling, vertical drilling, mine development, rock blasting, and team management; * Proficiency in KPI management and use of management and continuous improvement methodologies: PDCA, Lean Six Sigma, among others; * Experience with variations of sublevel stoping methods is desirable. * Manage the entire underground mining team, including vertical drilling, mine development, ore loading and hauling, as well as bit sharpening and related areas. * Develop efficient process methods, drive continuous improvement, and foster the development of underground mining teams. * Prepare monthly mining activity schedules and oversee operational practices of the team, both for productivity and safety. * Facilitate communication with other company departments, such as technical services, equipment maintenance, and mine infrastructure. * Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on KPIs for the area’s production and establish control measures to resolve identified issues. 2512190202551927239
