We operate facilities in Rio Brilhante – MS and Cuiabá – MT, with a total capacity of 1.6 million liters per day. Join a solid company that values safety, sustainability, and professional development. **Submit resume:** 6599256\-9495 **Description\-** MCP. **Job Responsibilities:** * Develop preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance plans, considering company guidelines and specific requirements of each equipment; * Control and monitor equipment performance by analyzing performance indicators and proposing improvements; Manage spare parts inventory to prevent stockouts and excess inventory; * Perform maintenance activities, assigning tasks among the team and ensuring deadlines are met; Participate in the maintenance department’s budgeting process, identifying project needs and estimating costs; * Manage equipment technical documentation and prepare maintenance reports; \* * a) Maintenance management software, supporting control and recording of all maintenance activities—preventive, predictive, and corrective—as well as equipment history; * b) Predictive analysis techniques, such as thermography and vibration analysis, enabling early identification of equipment failures before serious issues occur; * c) Indicator control spreadsheets, facilitating visualization and analysis of equipment performance data; * d) Prioritization methods, including severity, urgency, and trend, assisting in identifying maintenance priorities. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Technical degree in a relevant field; * Residing near the Industrial District of Cuiabá; * Flexible availability for working hours; * Organized; * Agile; * Attentive. **Starting Salary: R$3\.900,00**\+ 30% **hazard pay.** **Benefits:** * Meal allowance \- R$R$370,00 * Fuel allowance \- R$370,00 * Health insurance \- 100% covered by the company. * Dental insurance \- shared cost. * Life insurance (100% paid by the company) * Breakfast; * Cafeteria (on-site meals). * Birthday gifts for monthly celebrants; * Maternity/Paternity kit; * Christmas bonus \- Year-end * Access to social football field. **Submit resume: 6599256\-9495** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$2\.500,00 \- R$3\.900,00 per month Work Location: On-site
