Planning, scheduling, and cost control **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Mon to Fri – To be informed during the interview **Experience Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT* Technical Responsibility and Legal Compliance * Technical Management of Projects and Construction Execution * Planning, Scheduling, and Execution Sequence * Materials, Inventory, and Construction Cost Management * Monitoring of Construction Progress, Measurements, and Third Parties * Monitor workplace safety, ensuring compliance and supporting the responsible department in related matters. * Monitor vacation management and periodic medical examinations, responding to requests from the Human Resources Department. * Request staff terminations and contract closures from the Human Resources Department as needed. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; * Experience in construction execution and management * **Certifications:** * Active and valid CREA registration * **Technical Knowledge:** * Reading and interpretation of engineering drawings * Construction planning and control * Technical standards and legislation applicable to civil construction * Cost, schedule, and quality management * Basic knowledge of occupational safety * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * **Behavioral Competencies:** * Systemic vision and strategic thinking * Ability to make technical decisions * High sense of responsibility and critical thinking * Clear and assertive technical communication * Organization and results orientation * Ethical and professional conduct Ability to work autonomously, aligned with company interests * Location: Rondonópolis - MT **Benefits:** To be informed during the interview
