**RESPONSIBILITIES** * Promote the implementation of operational and managerial process improvements necessary to meet IT services according to standards that address business needs; * Establish clear rules regarding responsibilities for IT-related decisions and actions within the company; * Promote a clearer and more consistent positioning of IT in relation to other business areas; * Align IT architecture, infrastructure, and applications with business needs and growth vision, supporting management requirements and expectations; * Drive operational and management processes for Technological Innovation, General IT Support Services, User Relations, and IT Vendor Management; * Manage Physical Assets and Data Assets; * Risk Management; * Manage Data Security, information, and Information Security Policy procedures; * Monitor network traffic and actively monitor technological equipment such as Servers, Storages, Switches, and other critical assets for business continuity; * Strategic Management for IT Services – Technical Support Helpdesk; * IT Demand Management – IT Helpdesk Tickets; * Financial management of the IT department; **EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in the field * Advanced knowledge in IT Management and Governance * Advanced knowledge in IT Infrastructure and Security * Intermediate knowledge of all satellite areas of IT **QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree in Information Security or related fields * Knowledge of Cobe or ITIL, ISO 27001 and 27002, or related frameworks * Specific knowledge of Microsoft Server and Hyper\-V * Specific knowledge in Information Security or related frameworks * Interpersonal relationship and communication skills * User support knowledge * Hardware maintenance knowledge * Knowledge of AD Server, Infrastructure, Firewall, Mikrotik * ITIL certification
