Making Future. **Job Description** A technical professional responsible for monitoring, controlling, and managing processes related to health, safety, and environment (HSE), ensuring implementation of the Risk Management Plan guidelines, technical documentation review, performance indicators (KPIs), and legal compliance in ongoing contracts. **Responsibilities:** * Evaluate ARTs (Technical Responsibility Records) and Job Risk Analyses (JHA/JSA); * Prepare managerial reports and technical analyses focused on the HSE area; * Monitor HSE performance indicators (KPIs); * Conduct statistical safety data analysis and handling; * Manage and organize HSE technical and legal documentation; * Support and supervise implementation of the Risk Management Plan; * Establish a technical interface with contracted companies, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines; * Manage routine HSE processes at work sites; * Support audits, inspections, and technical safety meetings; * Contribute to safety culture and continuous improvement of processes. **Qualifications** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety with active registration at the Brazilian Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE); * Minimum 5 years of experience in this role, preferably in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects; * Knowledge of preparing and interpreting ARTs, JHAs, Work Permits, and current Brazilian Regulatory Norms (NR); * Proficiency in data analysis and indicator monitoring tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.); * Familiarity with HSE management systems; * Knowledge of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 is desirable. **Additional Information** * Leadership and organizational skills * Proficiency in Excel, Word, Excel * Attention to detail and sense of responsibility * Ability to work under pressure in multicultural and multi-company environments * Clear and assertive communication * On-site work required *At AFRY, we engineer change in everything we do.
