Description: WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE: * Engineering degree and postgraduate qualification in Occupational Safety Engineering, with active registration at CREA; * Solid experience in Occupational Safety in industrial environments; * Strong knowledge of NRs and relevant regulations in the field; * Experience in team management (directly or indirectly); * Proficiency in Office suite; * Knowledge of accident investigation methodologies; * Must reside in Caarapó/MS YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Manage the occupational safety technicians team; * Support operational areas in implementing the Operations Management System and corporate SSMA programs; * Monitor audits, inspections, investigations, and participate in accident and incident investigations; * Assess risks associated with industrial operations; * Propose technical solutions to mitigate risks and ensure smooth operations in a safe environment; * Monitor and manage costs (OPEX/CAPEX). * Main interfaces: Unit and hub leaders, SSMA leaders and peers, support areas, corporate areas. * Comply with the company's SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards. * Perform other related duties as required. 251030020221260778
