**THE ROLE**
Due to the continued growth of Chiliz \& Socios.com we’re now looking to recruit an Engineering Team Lead to join our Tech team. * As a Team Lead you will be managing one of our multi\-chapter feature teams to deliver features across our products
* Be a scrum master for the team, leading and managing scrum rituals. Ensuring smooth planning of the sprints, unblocking team members, ensuring fair play for both business and tech. sides of the team and stakeholders.
* Your main responsibilities are going to be wellbeing and performance of the team
* You will be having regular 1\-to\-1s with all of the team members building trust between yourself and the team to ensure a stable and healthy work environment.
* You will be conducting the performance review and follow probation periods of your team members.

* Have at least 3 year of experience in a similar role or at least 5 years of experience in either Frontend, Backend or QA senior engineering position with experience of mentoring people.
