




**RESPONSIBILITIES:** WHAT WILL BE PART OF YOUR DAILY ROUTINE: Registering residents; Opening and monitoring service orders (OS’s); Monitoring and handling system activities; Providing customer service and reception at the company; Providing WhatsApp support; Handling phone calls; Managing and organizing delivery schedules (technical team logistics); Performing remote front desk support in specific cases. **REQUIREMENTS:** WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: Completed high school education; Experience in customer service (via phone) and in person; Availability to work 44 hours per week from Monday to Friday; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; Technological aptitude or interest in working with technology. **WORK SCHEDULE:** Location: Bosque da Saúde, Cuiabá. Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
