After all, our purpose is to bring out the best in everyone to increasingly connect Brazil's logistics. **And about the position?** Join the Rondonópolis terminal operations team and contribute to efficiency in the country's fuel segment. **Responsibilities and duties** **You will focus on:** * Assist in assemblies according to operational procedures for transfers between tanks, ship loading and unloading, trucks, and railcars, according to daily schedules. * Perform road and rail loading and unloading operations, complying with product technical requirements, operational procedures, and SGI-established targets. * Carry out minor repairs and maintenance to ensure proper operation of equipment. * Promote area cleanliness and organization, including equipment and structure washings, painting, and preservation. * Control vehicle access within the site, guiding maneuvers and gate opening and closing. * Maintain and update operational indicator room information; * Register trailers in the operational management system – check-in; * Assist in cleaning tanks, pumps, pipelines, valves, and accessories according to adaptation methods. * Perform maneuvers in the effluent area. * Handle, organize, and identify drums and containers in the area. * Assist Operator II in pipeline 'pigging' activities according to operational procedures. * Perform activities in accordance with Ultracargo's SGI Procedures, Policy, Mission, and Values. * Comply with Terminal SSMA policies, programs, and activities to contribute toward achieving established goals. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. * Issue Safe Work Permits (PTS). * Operate VPE (Foam Proportioning Vehicle). * Act as an emergency brigade member in emergency situations. * Must have at least 2 years of experience or completed operational training course. * Monitor and record operational indicators related to maritime and road movements. * Identify and analyze inventory losses and discrepancies during operational movements. * Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports. * Manage waste generated by terminal operations. * Prepare and analyze reports on maritime, road, tank, and line cleaning operations. * Conduct inspections on tanks and trailers following procedures. * Control samples of products generated during maritime and road operations. * Monitor control variables of utilities consumed/generated during maritime, road, and internal operations. * Organize files and documents, control and enter into the system invoices issued and received due to sector operations. * Perform operational adjustments related to customer product inventories. * Perform activities in accordance with Ultracargo's SGI Procedures, Policy, Mission, and Values. * Take care of equipment, resources, materials under responsibility, and the work environment. * Perform other related duties as required by the department. **Requirements and qualifications** **Basic requirements you must have:** * High school diploma; * Proactivity; * Teamwork; * Good understanding of basic mathematics and Portuguese fundamentals. **You stand out if you have:** * Experience in port operations and/or maintenance; * Preferred higher education degree completed or in progress; * Technical qualification in oil and gas, logistics, or maintenance. **Additional information** **We offer a competitive compensation package, along with several benefits; some include:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal voucher * Food voucher * Shuttled transportation * Life insurance * Wellhub * Education assistance * Pharmacy reimbursement **Additionally, we also offer:** * The opportunity to work and exchange daily knowledge with a market-leading team **Here, we connect with people** Investing in people is essential not only for the individual success of each employee but also for the collective success of **Ultracargo**.
