**Responsibilities and Duties**
1\. Coordinate the CAF/WAREHOUSE team, filter information, and direct it toward appropriate solutions for each case related to medication therapy;
2\. Present strategic planning for implementing improvement processes aimed at enhancing patient care quality;
3\. Inspect automated equipment and conduct rounds at satellite pharmacies and nursing stations;
4\. Conduct technical evaluations of pharmacy professionals, standardize and audit processes;
5\. Train multipliers to disseminate information and training to other staff members;
6\. Monitor inventory logistics and validate procurement planning together with the Supply Department;
7\. Develop and propose improvement initiatives to enhance activities and projects;
8\. Coordinate and evaluate medicine inventories during specific periods;
9\. Coordinate chemical waste (Group B) sent for incineration in accordance with RDC 306 of 12/07/2004;
10\. Be responsible for documentation required to regularize the pharmacy department;
11\. Coordinate routines for control, storage, and recordkeeping of controlled medicines in compliance with Ordinance 344/98 issued by health surveillance authorities;
12\. Research suspended and/or banned medicines through ANVISA;
13\. Actively participate in committees.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy**
**BASIC KNOWLEDGE**
* Inventory control and monitoring;
* Pharmaceutical management;
* People management;
**INTERMEDIATE KNOWLEDGE**
* Current legislation and ordinances;
* Cost awareness.
**ADVANCED PROFICIENCY**
* Strategic management;
**Additional Information** **Completed Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy**
