Coordinate chemical waste (Group B) sent for incineration in accordance with RDC 306 of 12/07/2004; 10\. Be responsible for documentation required to regularize the pharmacy department; 11\. Coordinate routines for control, storage, and recordkeeping of controlled medicines in compliance with Ordinance 344/98 issued by health surveillance authorities; 12\.
