Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing the issuance, quotation, procurement, and control of materials and equipment, as well as preparing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, with a focus on cost optimization. Cost control and optimization of purchasing conditions **Responsibilities:** * Issue and verify material requisitions and purchase orders; \- * Plan, conduct quotations, and procure approved materials and equipment rentals, as authorized by the Site Manager/Project Manager; * Prepare supplier and subcontractor contracts according to standard templates and their respective measurements, supported by site engineering; * Conduct/monitor material receipt and inspection, and complete relevant forms and records for controlled materials under the quality management system; * Finalize purchases considering optimal price, payment terms, and delivery schedule to control company costs.
