* Define and sustain procurement strategy aligned with financial planning, margin targets, and the company’s commercial positioning.
* Provide technical leadership to the team, ensuring strategic direction, demand prioritization, and technical development of staff.
* Lead strategic negotiations with key suppliers, establishing commercial agreements, partnerships, and sustainable financial gains.
* Govern pricing policy to ensure market competitiveness and portfolio profitability.
* Define strategic guidelines for inter-unit merchandise transfers, aiming for inventory balance, reduced stockouts, and working capital optimization.
* Manage procurement budget and monitor cost impacts on business profitability.
* Monitor and guide product mix management based on turnover, margin, competitiveness, and regional demand.
* Conduct market, supplier, and competitor analysis to anticipate supply risks and identify commercial opportunities.
* Ensure fiscal and contractual compliance, as well as adherence to corporate policies in procurement processes.
* Serve as a strategic interface between Procurement, Commercial, Logistics, Finance, and Executive Management.
* Define and track strategic departmental KPIs, proposing structural initiatives to improve results.
* Design and enhance procurement, transfer, and pricing processes with a focus on efficiency, automation, and scalability.
**Requirements:** **Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Logistics, Commercial Management, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree or specialization in Supply Chain, Strategic Management, or Finance is considered a plus.
* Proven experience in strategic procurement, including team management, negotiation with strategic suppliers, and execution of structured procurement processes.
* Experience in category management, supplier development and evaluation, commercial contract management, and long-term agreement development.
* Solid knowledge of strategic negotiation, cost analysis, pricing, and tax implications applied to the supply chain.
* Willingness to travel.
