Ensure team safety on site **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Service Provider \- PJ Monitor service and work front execution, ensuring compliance with designs, schedules, and technical instructions; * Guide, correct, and directly supervise operational staff, ensuring proper service execution and adherence to quality standards; * Set up and organize work fronts together with the responsible engineer, supervising productivity, construction sequence, and team allocation; * Ensure team safety on site by enforcing proper use of PPE, correct scaffolding assembly, and compliance with applicable safety regulations; * Support the resident engineer in site-related matters, relaying field information, assisting in technical decisions, and ensuring alignment between planning and execution. * Ensure executed services comply with designs, identifying discrepancies and immediately reporting them to engineering for appropriate guidance. **Requirements:** Academic Qualification: Completed high school; Minimum Experience: Experience as a Construction Foreman in medium- and large-scale construction projects; Certifications: Not applicable; Technical Knowledge: Basic ability to read and interpret designs, construction techniques and execution sequence, basic occupational safety regulations applicable to civil construction. **Benefits:** Life Insurance
