We are looking for a Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in serving our customers, ensuring they are well informed and motivated to purchase our technology and electronic products. Responsibilities: Technical Demonstrations: Use your technical skills to effectively perform product demonstrations, highlighting benefits and features. In-Person and Remote Trainings: Develop and deliver both on-site and online trainings for customers and team members. Scheduled Customer Visits: Operate within a scheduled routing system, visiting multiple sales points per day, ensuring our products are properly represented. Willingness to Travel: Be available to travel as needed to serve customers and conduct trainings. Incentive Campaign Activation: Collaborate in launching incentive campaigns to boost sales and motivate the sales team's performance. Merchandising: Ensure proper placement of merchandising materials at points of sale. Monitoring Goals and Meeting Deadlines: Ensure targets are met and deadlines are fulfilled. Sales Promotion and Merchandising: Execute sales promotion and merchandising routines in the electronics and technology sector. Planning and Following Schedules: Develop and adhere to activity schedules to ensure all tasks are performed effectively and efficiently. Experience in Technical Training: Bring your experience in technical training, preferably in the electronics or audiovisual sector, to enhance team knowledge. Knowledge of Sales Techniques: Continuously seek knowledge about sales techniques to align product benefits with customer needs and increase sales. Completion of Monthly Visit and Training Schedule: Ensure compliance with the monthly schedule of customer visits and training sessions. Requirements: Proven experience in technical demonstrations. Ability to develop and deliver trainings. Availability for travel. Knowledge of sales promotion and merchandising. Experience in technical training, preferably in electronics or audiovisual. Knowledge of sales techniques. Adherence to monthly visit schedule.
