Job Description: We are seeking a Controller Manager with strong experience in the agribusiness sector to lead the company's financial, accounting, budgeting and performance management processes. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of management information and supporting senior leadership in strategic decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics or related fields (active CRC is a plus);Solid experience in controller roles within the agribusiness sector (soybean, corn and cotton crops);In-depth knowledge of managerial accounting, financial planning and budgetary control;Proficiency in agricultural cost modeling and profitability analysis per crop;Strong understanding of rural taxation and applicable tax regimes (Corporate Income Tax, Presumed Profit, Rural Producer as Legal Entity);Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERPs (preferably TOTVS, Protheus or agribusiness-specific systems);Experience with performance indicators (KPIs) and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) is a plus;Experience in audits and internal controls. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
