* Support general administrative processes on construction sites, ensuring organization and control of
* information;
* Issue ART (Technical Responsibility Record) for projects under responsibility, assuming technical accountability before the Regional Council of Engineering and Agronomy (CREA) and providing the corresponding technical documentation.
* Conduct studies, planning, design, technical specifications, and technical-economic feasibility analyses for electrical, telecommunications, and security system solutions.
* Monitor, inspect, and direct the execution of electrical, telecommunications, solar, and fire prevention and suppression services, ensuring compliance with regulations, designs, and quality standards.
* Technically supervise, guide, and lead installation, assembly, operation, repair, and maintenance teams, ensuring performance, safety, and proper execution of services.
* Prepare budgets, standardize procedures, measure and control the quality of executed services, proposing technical adjustments whenever necessary.
* Conduct inspections, expert assessments, evaluations, technical reports, and opinions, as well as provide technical assistance, advisory, and consulting services to the company and assigned projects.
* Monitor project planning, schedule, and execution sequence;
* Monitor material inventory and project costs;
* Monitor electrical work execution, measurements, and subcontracted electrical services;
* Ensure workplace safety and support the occupational safety department as required.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
* Knowledge of Brazilian Association of Technical Standards (ABNT) norms (e.g., NBR 5410, NBR 14039\).
* Familiarity with NR-10 and other occupational safety regulations applicable to civil construction.
* Experience in sizing electrical panels, feeders, grounding systems, and lightning protection systems (SPDA).
* Coordination of multidisciplinary designs (electrical, structural, hydraulic, and architectural).
* Proficiency in technical software (AutoCAD, Revit and/or BIM platforms).
* Ability to monitor construction sites, perform inspections, and manage subcontracted teams.
* Driver’s License Category B
