Focus on the quality of performed activities **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Level:** Not Specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Responsible for managing indicators in the packaging area; * Responsible for recruitment and termination processes, as well as team management of supervisors in the packaging and loading of industrialized products, aiming to ensure activity quality while considering raw material supply and proper use of machinery and equipment. **Requirements:** * Experience in team leadership and production process management; * Experience as an industrial machine operator; * Flexible availability regarding working hours; * Strong communication skills; knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and 5S is a plus.
