About the Position
**Job Mission:**
Supervise grain receiving and processing, grading, storage, and dispatch processes; inspect equipment conditions; supervise product flow; and safeguard company assets to meet demands safely and with quality.
**Key Job Responsibilities:**
* Supervise grain receiving, monitoring and supporting grading activities to ensure product quality and standardization during dispatch.
* Ensure all operational procedures and standards are followed to guarantee team and contractor safety and quality.
* Ensure corrective and preventive maintenance activities through maintenance scheduling control and periodic team meetings.
* Manage costs and inputs, as well as material inventory, through material flow control.
* Ensure warehouse maintenance and improvements by conducting repair assessments and investment planning for the unit in compliance with NRs and NBRs.
* Ensure employee workplace safety through training, instructions, and awareness-raising regarding personal protective equipment usage.
* Report information via reports and conduct monthly goal check-ins with the team using spreadsheets and charts.
* Ensure company results and goals by monitoring grain receiving and product standardization in alignment with organizational strategy.
* Ensure warehouse process management efficiency by monitoring and controlling agricultural product inflow and outflow (grading), drying processes, firewood consumption, electricity consumption, diesel oil consumption, aeration usage, thermometry, phytosanitary (quality) control, operational costs, and environmental programs.
* Participate in the selection process for new operational staff and promote professional development through collaboration with People Management.
* Control authorization and documentation for hazardous tasks (occupational and asset safety).
* Contribute to developing operational procedures and manuals through joint analysis and documentation with the Operations Coordinator.
* Prepare and manage the annual budget and investment plan (Budget/Capex and Opex) according to guidelines established by headquarters.
* Operate powered machinery (tractor, front-end loader).
**Education:**Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree.
**Technical Competencies:**
**Mandatory**
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite.
**Desirable**
SAP and Senior system knowledge.
