Contribution to the evolution of internal development practices Castrillon Autopeças is looking for a **Junior Training \& Development Analyst** to join the Human Resources team. The professional will be responsible for supporting **Corporate University** initiatives, facilitating **new employee onboarding** processes, supporting **Performance Evaluation** cycles, and contributing to the evolution of internal development practices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the management and updating of learning paths within the Corporate University; * Develop and organize content, in-person and online training programs; * Conduct new employee onboarding and integration processes; * Monitor integration and adaptation stages of new talent; * Support the execution of Performance Evaluation cycles, including communication, scheduling, and assistance to managers and employees; * Prepare support materials, presentations, internal communications, and manuals; * Monitor training indicators, participation rates, performance, and development; * Support initiatives related to organizational climate, culture, and leadership development; * Interface with managers to identify training needs; * Support continuous improvement projects related to the employee experience. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR, preferably focused on T\&D, onboarding, or organizational development; * Proficiency in presentation and spreadsheet tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Excel); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational ability, sense of priority, and analytical mindset; * Aptitude for delivering training and interacting across different departments. **Additional Information** **Advantages** * Experience with LMS platforms / Corporate Universities; * Experience with performance evaluation tools; * Knowledge of corporate training and learning methodologies; * Experience developing training materials.
