Job Summary:
A professional responsible for mounting, repairing, and maintaining truck tires, ensuring safety and organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Mounting, dismounting, and calibrating truck tires
2. Conducting tire inspections and repairs
3. Ensuring workplace organization and cleanliness
* Mount, dismount, calibrate, and balance truck and trailer tires.
* Perform visual and technical inspections to identify irregular wear, cuts, bulges, and other damage.
* Carry out repairs and vulcanizations, as applicable, in accordance with safety and quality standards.
* Rotate and perform basic tire alignment according to schedule and technical guidance.
* Monitor and record tire inventory, retreads, and disposals, ensuring traceability.
* Maintain rubber shop equipment and tools, keeping the workplace organized and clean.
* Ensure compliance with occupational safety policies, use of PPE, and internal procedures.
* Support the maintenance team during preventive fleet inspections by checking tires.
* Immediately report any anomalies or safety risks identified in tires or vehicles.

Salary: R$3.015,84 - R$4.000,00 per month
