Inventory auditing: Perform physical counts and reconciliation of stored items, ensuring alignment between physical stock and system records. Inventory control and movement (ERP): Manage material receipts, issues, and transfers using the ERP system, ensuring traceability and organization. Scheduled 5S audits: Conduct periodic audits to verify compliance with 5S principles, promoting a clean and efficient work environment. Inter-branch transfer planning and execution: Organize and implement material shipments between company units, ensuring speed and control. Incident handling involving technical staff and vehicle drivers: Investigate and resolve operational incidents or events involving drivers and technical personnel. Fleet monitoring and control: Monitor vehicle usage and performance to optimize routes, reduce costs, and ensure availability.
