We are seeking a Commercial Assistant, whose mission will be to provide excellent customer service, guide customers, and oversee general departmental demands. * **Conduct active telemarketing**, making daily calls to existing and potential customers with a focus on prospecting, portfolio maintenance, service offerings, and identification of new commercial opportunities. * **Accurately complete and record all customer interactions**, ensuring an up-to-date history and clear information for the sales team. * **Monitor batch compliance according to each customer’s requirements and standards**, ensuring operational process conformity and customer satisfaction. * **Respond to quotations** (via email, WhatsApp, and internal platforms), guaranteeing prompt customer response and submitting them for higher-level validation when necessary. * **Provide support to external customers**, monitoring WhatsApp groups and proactively intervening to resolve queries, guide processes, and strengthen relationships. * **Monitor competitors’ freight rates**, identifying opportunities to capture competitively priced batches and suggesting strategic actions for the sales team. * **Collaborate in maintaining and properly using work equipment and safety gear**, strictly adhering to internal guidelines. * **Participate in periodic training sessions**, staying updated on products, internal processes, and commercial outreach techniques. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (Logistics, Commercial Management, or related fields). * Active commercial and active telemarketing experience is mandatory.
