Job Summary: We are seeking an Assistant to support loading, unloading, and organizing goods at the distribution center (DC), ensuring efficiency and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Work in an ethical and growth-oriented environment We are looking for a responsible Assistant to handle loading and unloading of goods onto and from trucks, and to assist in organizing the DC. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist drivers with cargo pickup and delivery, including loading, unloading, and organizing shipments. * Label goods during pickups conducted directly at customer locations. * Perform loading and unloading of goods onto and from trucks, including cross-docking operations. * Handle internally dispatched goods, deliver them to respective departments, and update inventory records in the system. * Receive mailbags from units, forward them to the Finance Department, and register them in the system. * Support organization of goods across DC areas and ensure storage locations and truck bodies remain clean and orderly. * Comply with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety regulations, use PPE correctly, safeguard company assets, and collaborate with colleagues. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background** * Completed elementary education. **Professional Experience** * Minimum 3 months of experience in this role. **Specific Knowledge** * Goods Handling and Storage – Basic * Technology Literacy – Mobile Phone – Basic **Additional Information** Meals provided on-site; Meal allowance; Bonus; Gas allowance; Health insurance (Unimed – 50% covered); PPR – Profit Sharing Program; Career, Position, and Salary Plan; On-site parking; Transportation allowance; Birthday day off; Partnership with SEST SENAT (dentist, nutritionist, psychologist, club, and gym); "Love Pack". **Since 1989, we have delivered trust, quality, and speed across Brazil.** **At Carvalima**, we are driven by our passion to connect people, companies, and results.
