Job Summary: Coordinates the team and fresh produce department processes, focusing on customers, results, and company policies, while also managing the department’s physical infrastructure and inventory. Focus on food safety and compliance with workplace regulations **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours per week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Lead team and fresh produce department processes, focusing on customers and results, aligned with company policies and values; * Oversee department operations (organization, handling, restocking, cleaning, pricing, promotions, and expiry date control), ensuring adherence to departmental procedures, completing checklists, and implementing necessary preventive and corrective actions; * Lead the team using the company’s people management model and with management approvals: handle job requisitions and terminations, conduct interviews, meetings, training sessions, request position/salary changes, perform performance evaluations, monitor working hours, and apply disciplinary measures; * Manage the department’s physical infrastructure: procure, maintain, and repair equipment and facilities as approved by management; * Manage department inventory and losses: perform required controls and order processing per established procedures; * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and food safety regulations: provide necessary guidance and enforce compliance; * Ensure customer service quality and application of the Customer Service Standard across the team: provide necessary guidance and enforce compliance; * Develop and display packaged and processed items to maintain variety and quality; * Assist with other department/store activities as needed, following leadership instructions. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education; * Preferred: Technical or undergraduate studies in progress (Administration, Management, Engineering); * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PCD.** **Work Location:** Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site snacks, Health Insurance Plan, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
