Your mission will be to explore the legal market in Cuiabá and surrounding areas by selling **Legal One** (the definitive solution for law firms). Watch the videos at the bottom of this page! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * **Active prospecting:** Map and actively prospect new clients (law firms and legal departments) in the region via phone, e\-mail, and in-person visits. * **Value demonstration:** Conduct strategic meetings and presentations showcasing the value of the *Legal One* software for lawyers’ daily operations. * **Pipeline management:** Maintain the CRM system rigorously updated with contact history, *follow\-ups*, and forecasted closures. * **Negotiation and closing:** Overcome technical and financial objections, negotiate proposals, and close high-value contracts. * **Exceeding targets:** Aggressively meet and surpass conversion and client portfolio expansion targets. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What you need to have:** * **Sales experience**. * Experience with **active prospecting (Outbound/Hunting)** and portfolio management. * Knowledge of CRM system usage and management. * Valid driver’s license and availability to conduct external client visits in Cuiabá and surrounding areas. * Completed high school education. * Energy to continue prospecting even after hearing "no". * Ability to communicate effectively and establish authority when engaging with partners from major law firms. * Results-oriented mindset and commission-based compensation. **What would make you stand out:** * Prior experience selling software (SaaS) or technology solutions. * Commercial experience in the legal market (selling to lawyers). **Additional Information** **What we offer:** **Compensation:** Base salary \+ Commission; **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour 30 minute lunch break); **Employment type:** Full-time / CLT; **Work location:** Cuiabá/MT (On-site with external client visits). **A benefits package focused on you (totaling R$ 1\.526,00\), divided among:** **Meal voucher;** **Flexibility:** Customize part of your balance among food voucher, transportation voucher, fuel voucher (excellent for client visits), culture voucher, Gympass, dental plan, and health insurance; **Additionally, you also get:** **Care:** Life insurance, SESC membership, and physical/mental health initiatives; **Career development:** Opportunities for growth (technical or managerial) based on your performance and self-accountability. **At our headquarters you’ll find:** Open Café \| Game area \| Gourmet area \| Rest room \| Nursing support room \| Reading incentive program **For over 20 years**, we have been passionate about what we do and believe in the power of **technology** to transform businesses through **Thomson Reuters**’ enterprise solutions.
