Clean and organize equipment and materials used at the base. Perform proper waste collection and disposal in accordance with environmental and safety regulations. Maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and general-use materials at the base, replenishing as needed. Wash floors, windows, furniture, and base equipment using appropriate products and tools. Ensure cleanliness and organization of employee and user common and rest areas. Support operational safety at the base by maintaining a clean and safe environment for employees. Comply with safety regulations, correctly using cleaning products and equipment. **Requirements and qualifications** Completion of elementary education is desirable; **Transportation benefit with departure points in Rondonópolis neighborhoods:** Jardim Maria Vetorasso, Verde Teto, Vila Goulart, Vila Boa Esperança, Vila Salmen, Jardim Morumbi, Vila Olinda, Jardim Belo Horizonte, Jardim Rui Barbosa, Jardim Residencial Mathias Neves, Vila Rica, Centro, and Vila Operária. **Additional information** Work location: Pedra Preta/MT Shift schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off; Meal allowance; Health insurance (Unimed Nacional); Life insurance; Wellhub (formerly Gympass) partnership. **In our selection processes, all individuals are welcome. Way-153, located between Minas Gerais and Goiás, is controlled by Grupo Way Brasil jointly with Kinea—a specialized investment management platform partnered with Banco Itaú, with expertise across multiple business areas, including infrastructure. The Group also manages Way-262 and Way-364. **Way-306** Concessionária da Rodovia MS-306 S.A. is responsible for administering the entire length of MS-306, from km 0 (MS/MT border) to km 218.1 (junction with BR-158 in Cassilândia, MS), and incorporates 1.4 kilometers of BR-359, from km 0 to the MS/GO border. The highway crosses three municipalities: Costa Rica, Chapadão do Sul, and Cassilândia—all located in the northeastern portion of Mato Grosso do Sul State. **Way-112** Concessionária das Rodovias do Leste MS S.A. is responsible for the concession of MS-112 and sections of BR-158 and BR-436, totaling 412.4 kilometers. MS-112 extends from its junction with BR-158 in Três Lagoas to its junction with the same federal highway in Cassilândia, covering 200.5 kilometers. The BR-158 concession section runs from MS-306 (Cassilândia) to its junction with MS-444 (Selvíria), totaling 193.8 kilometers. The BR-436 section extends from its junction with BR-158 in Aparecida do Taboado to the end of the road-rail bridge, spanning 18.10 kilometers, crossing six municipalities: Cassilândia, Paranaíba, Aparecida do Taboado, Inocência, Selvíria, and Três Lagoas. **Way-262** Concessionária da Rodovia BR 262 MG S.A. is responsible for the BR-262 concession, covering the stretch beginning at km 360+100 (junction with BR-381 in Betim) to km 799 (junction with BR-050 in Uberaba), totaling 438.9 kilometers. The concessioned stretch lies entirely within Minas Gerais State, in the region known as Triângulo Mineiro, crossing twenty municipalities: Betim, Juatuba, Mateus Leme, Florestal, Igaratinga, Pará de Minas, São Gonçalo do Pará, Conceição do Pará, Nova Serrana, Araújos, Bom Despacho, Moema, Luz, Córrego Dantas, Campos Altos, Ibiá, Araxá, Perdizes, Sacramento, and Uberaba. **Way-153** – Concessionária Rota Sertaneja MG-GO is responsible for 530.60 kilometers of highways between Goiás and Minas Gerais States. The concessioned stretch begins on BR-153 in Hidrolândia (junction with GO-219) up to the GO/MG border; BR-153/MG — from Itumbiara/GO (end of the Parnaíba River bridge) to Fronteira/MG (junction with BR-262); BR-262/MG — from Uberaba/MG (junction with BR-050) to the junction with BR-153 (Pouso Alto/MG). It passes through the cities: Hidrolândia, Piracanjuba, Professor Jamil, Morrinhos, Goiatuba, Panamá, Itumbiara, Araporã, Centralina, Canápolis, Monte Alegre de Minas, Prata, Campo Florido, Comendador Gomes, Frutal, Fronteira, Uberaba, Conceição das Alagoas, and Veríssimo. **Way-364** – Concessionária da Rodovia BR-364 MT S.A., a company of Grupo Way Brasil, assumed for 30 years the responsibility for administration, recovery, conservation, maintenance, implementation of improvements, and expansion of the concessioned highway sections. This federal concession project covers parts of Mato Grosso and Goiás States, including the city of Rondonópolis/MT, located in the southeastern region of the state, 210 km from the capital Cuiabá, with a population of 245,000 and the second-highest GDP in the state. Rondonópolis lies at the intersection of BR-163 and BR-364—highways transporting agricultural and industrial output to major metropolitan centers and Brazilian ports. The concessioned stretch crosses nine municipalities: Rio Verde, Jataí, Mineiros, Santa Rita do Araguaia, Portelândia, Alto Araguaia, Alto Garças, Pedra Preta, and Rondonópolis.
