




RHF Talentos Primavera do Leste is seeking an Electrical Engineer to work on industrial construction projects, technical supervision, and planning of electrical installations. We are looking for an experienced, organized professional with strong technical and operational leadership capabilities. **Salary:** To be negotiated **Benefits:** Meal card, accommodation, and transportation provided by the company **Working Hours:** Business hours (according to project demands) **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan and supervise the execution of low- and medium-voltage electrical installations. * Develop and interpret single-line diagrams, three-line diagrams, load schedules, layouts, and other electrical documentation using technical software (AutoCAD, Revit, Eplan). * Conduct field technical visits for data collection and construction site inspection. * Specify electrical materials and equipment, supporting the technical procurement team. * Coordinate teams of electricians, assemblers, and assistants, ensuring compliance with applicable standards. * Perform measurements, commissioning tests, and system testing on electrical systems. * Technical Warranty: Ensure that designs and installations comply with current technical standards (ABNT NBR 5410, NBR 14039, and utility company requirements). * Safety: Guarantee proper application of safety regulations—especially NR-10—during all field activities. * Cost and Schedule Management: Monitor physical-financial schedules and control costs related to the electrical scope of the project. * Documentation: Issue ARTs (Technical Responsibility Statements), technical reports, inspection certificates, and other documents required for project approvals. * Efficiency: Propose improvements and energy-efficiency solutions to optimize electrical systems. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. * Solid experience in industrial electrical installations. * Practical experience on construction sites, including team leadership. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical diagrams and automation projects (mandatory). * In-depth knowledge of electrical infrastructure, panel assembly, substations, cable laying, lightning protection systems (SPDA), and grounding. * Preferred: Experience in agribusiness, pulp & paper, or large-scale industrial sectors. * Desired: Ability to work under pressure and handle high technical demand.
