THE TRANSPORTATION SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORTATION TRAINING SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73\.471\.989/0001\-95 and 73\.471\.963/0001\-47, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registrations for the Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1\. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT's needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1\.2\. Candidates approved in this process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1\.3\. This selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes, and any subsequent updates/corrections; its execution shall be the responsibility of the Human Resources Management of the Executive Department of SEST SENAT. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND OFFERED SALARIES 2\.. This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Practical Instructor **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment) \- Employee’s monthly fee covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly fee covered by the employee. 2\.1\. A candidate who declines the vacancy due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** As required by the Operational Unit **Salary:** R$ 26\.35 **Unit:** Avenida Julio Ferreira Xavier, Jardim Alvorada \| Três Lagoas MS \- 79610320 **Job Summary:** Delivers theoretical and practical instruction and imparts skills necessary for obtaining, modifying, or renewing driver’s licenses, authorizations, and advanced vehicle operation qualifications; also facilitates students’ learning processes in Professional Development activities conducted by the Operational Unit (courses, lectures, and seminars). **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** COMPLETED HIGH SCHOOL Proof of the required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). TRAFFIC INSTRUCTOR COURSE, recognized by CONTRAN. Proof of the required qualifications must be demonstrated by: (Valid diploma or certificate — validity of up to 5 years from the date of issuance of the certificate). **AT LEAST ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZED COURSES:** Collective Passenger Transport Vehicle Drivers, Indivisible Cargo Transport, School Transport, issued by institutions accredited by the State or Federal District Traffic Executive Agency. Proof of the required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Copy of the course diploma/certificate (within validity period). VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE CATEGORY D OR E \- MUST HOLD THE LICENSE FOR AT LEAST 1 (ONE) YEAR. Proof of the required qualifications must be demonstrated by: Copy of the current driver’s license. NO GRAVE OR EXTREMELY SERIOUS TRAFFIC VIOLATIONS IN THE LAST 60 (SIXTY) DAYS AND NO SUSPENSION OR CANCELLATION OF THE NATIONAL DRIVER’S LICENSE (CNH). Proof of the required qualifications must be demonstrated by: Copy of the “no records” certificate issued by DETRAN. **EXPERIENCE:** PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DELIVERING PRACTICAL CLASSES FOR BUSES AND/OR TRUCKS AND/OR SEMI-TRAILERS. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and description of activities carried out; b) Or copy of the Work and Social Security Record (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking to the target position (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with the requirements of this Selection Process); c) Or copy of the service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed in the services rendered, supplemented by item “b” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience.
